In Killer Pool, players aim to pocket balls in a specific order determined by their numbers, starting from the lowest-numbered ball to the highest.

The distinctive feature of Killer Pool is the "killer" aspect, where each player is assigned a specific number as their "target." This means that a player's primary objective is to pocket their assigned number, while also trying to pocket all other balls in numerical sequence.

If a player accidentally pockets another player's target ball, they do not become the killer. Instead, the game continues with the same killer until they successfully pocket their own assigned ball. It's important to note that sinking the cue ball, also known as scratching, results in a loss of turn, and the next player gets the opportunity to play.
